Apexx- new gateway integration

FlexPay is now connected to the Apexx, allowing merchants to recover failed payments on this gateway. Apexx offers payment optimization by reducing payment processing costs.
The connection between FlexPay and Apexx was implemented both as a direct integration, as well as an integration through Spreedly by leveraging their vault. The FlexPay integration type and payment method will determine how the transaction is routed to Apexx.
