The "refundedPayment" endpoint enables merchants to inform FlexPay about payments that were refunded outside of the platform. Unlike the standard refund transaction, where the refund is processed by FlexPay at the gateway, the refundedPayment endpoint is designed for cases where the refund has already been executed externally.
