Recovery Overview

The Recovery Overview report provides a comprehensive view of account performance and recovery specifics. It analyzes declines received by FlexPay, forecasts the potential recovery based on historical data, tracks actual recovered amounts to date, and estimates the final recovery rate post-FlexPay's intervention.

Displayed on a weekly basis, users can select a specific range by accessing the calendar option located at the top right, below the account name.

Recovery Details

This section highlights key details pertaining to each recovery period, including the date declines were received, the dollar amount of received declines, recovered dollar amounts, forecasted recovery amounts, recovery rates, and forecasted rates.

This data can be further drilled down by clicking on a specific Received Period date range to show details from daily periods. For example, selecting Mar 17 - Mar 23 will expand in descending order all the days within that period.

Exporting

You have the option to export any of the reports and their respective transactions at any time. Simply access the Export option located below the date range menu. For detailed instructions, please refer to Exporting Reports & Transactions
